Tofu scrambled eggs are a great vegan alternative. It can be served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This recipe is delicious and ready to eat in 25 minutes. It is super fast and easy to make. Try it today.
Ingredients
- 2 packs of firm tofu
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 small tomatoes chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped fine
- 1 tbsp of Vegeta (or your favourite seasoning)
- 1 tsp of tumeric powder
- 1 tsp of oregano (optional)
- 2 tsp of salt (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
Instructions
Tofu Preparation
- Drain water from tofu and place tofu in a bowl
- Break tofu with your hand to small pieces
Cooking Instructions
- add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to non stick frying pan and set stove to medium heat
- add 1 onion chopped and cook until golden brown
- add 4 cloves of garlic (finely chopped) to pan
- add tofu from bowl to pan
- cook until water from tofu completely evaporates
- add the rest of the ingredients
- stir ingredients while cooking in pan
- cook for 10 minutes
